Break and recovery

Hello everybody , I’m here in Vancouver visiting my family and friends . The past two weeks I’ve been eating plenty of healthy and unhealthy foods . On September 4th I’ll be back at Global gym and back on my mission to win my next contest ! Sometimes it’s alright to take a short break from working-out but I feel it’s not alright to take a permanent layoff . When I’m back on my training and comfort zone my muscle memory and condition will return . Training should be a life style and not a burden . Keep motivated and be consistent .
